I placed an order on 11/20 and one item was shipped the same day. The other items have not been shipped and the company seems to be ignoring me. I contacted paypal for help but still no response. After reading some of the reviews on the Scentiment website it appears the reviews are poor but still has 5 stars. I think that something shady is going on with this business and probably won't get the rest of my order or my money back. I will probably have to dispute the charge on my credit card or through paypal. Please avoid this company!

RU I have one pending issue with them regarding a defective diffuser. I went back and forth with them for weeks, patiently doing all the steps they suggested I try and correct the humming noise every time scent is put out. Nothing worked. Then they tried to tell me to return it at MY cost!! Why would I have to pay return shipping when it wasn't my fault to begin with!! I purchased other items from them too. Now, when I purchased a mini diffuser for my daughter a month ago, they make you join for a subscription. BUT it also states you can cancel at anytime. So a few days later, I canceled the subscription. Well a few days ago, I got an email saying my "scent" from my subscription is being sent to me. I immediately emailed them and showed proof that I DO NOT have a subscription. I just got an email telling me just bc I canceled the subscription, doesn't mean the order wouldn't be sent. WHAT??? Who is saying these idiotic things that don't make sense. So, they go on to say I can return the scent for a refund. Again, at my cost. Not to mention this horrible company takes DAYS to communicate. I hope they do not make it. They are scammers.

Wait until it happens again next month. Did you 'cancel' according to the terms and conditions as outlined by the original agreement ?

If you didn't read that, get a magnifying glass (you'll need it) and do so.

You may be in for a surprise. Beware also of the "automatic renewal" clause which, if left unaddressed, will cling to you for the rest of your life.

I did not intend to sign up for a recurring order. I wan not even done with the first samples when I was charged for a second.

I did not intend to sign up for a recurring order. Before I was even done with my first samples I was charged for a second batch. The scent is nice, but its too expensive for what you get. The scent did not last that long in my diffuser!and was not very strong. I will not be reordering. Its just too expensive.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAM! I ORDERED THIS DIFFUSER AND SOME OILS AND MY ORDER TOTALED TO $220.00. AFTER 2 WEEKS I RECEIVED THE DIFFUSER AND IT DOES NOT WORK. I TRIED CALLING AND SENT THEM AN EMAIL AND NO ONE ANSERS THEIR PHONE NOR DO THE ANSWER THEIR EMAILS. TODAY I FINALLY GOT SOMEONE O THE PHONE AFTER CALLING 30 TIMES CONSTANTLY. I EXPLAINED TO THE CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE NAMED jEREMIAH THAT THE DIFFUSER WAS NOT WORKING AND THAT I WANTED A REFUND. JEREMAH SAID I COULD NOT GET A REFUND IF THE ITEM WAS USED. HOW REDICULOUS IS THIS! I USED IT AFTER TAKING IT OUT OF THE PACKAGE INTENDING TO USE IT. HOW DID I KNOW IT WASNT GOING TO WORK. WHEN YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING ANYWHERE YOU TRY IT OUT ASSUMING ITS GOING TO WORK. JEREMIAH SAID THEY WOULD CHARGE ME A 30% RESTOCKING FEE. ARE THEY GOING TO RESTOCK AN ITEM THAT DOESN'T WORK. HORRIBLE ! I’m pissed! FALSE ADVERTISING!

DO NOT BUY!!! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! FALSE ADVERTISING!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! From the beginning the product didnt work. The diffuser only covers a couple feet of scent .. literally you have to get close to it to smell the aroma. I made a claim but theres no number or anything to talk to someone so I emailed them. They took forever to respond and long story short they basically told me how to insert the oil , because they felt maybe I was doing it wrong - which I wasnt I gave it another day of trial and still didnt do its job as advertised. I sent them another email asking for a return label because i wanted my refund.. at this point its been a 2 month back and forth! Once they received my diffuser they said an oil was missing and they couldnt send me a full refund - although theyre the ones that told me how to use the oil ! How are you suppose to use the product without the oil right?! They charged me a 30% of my refund as a Restocking fee ! Who does this?!!! I paid $200 they refunded half of that!!! Im warning you ! DONT BUY IT BECAUSE ITS A RIP OFF!!!

I recently had a rather disappointing experience with Scentiment, and I feel compelled to share my frustrations. I had high hopes for this company, but unfortunately, they fell far short of my expectations. My journey with Scentiment began when I ordered a fragrance online. The website appeared professional, and the product descriptions were enticing. However, it all took a turn for the worse upon receiving my purchase. Firstly, the shipping process was excessively delayed. It took nearly double the estimated time for my order to arrive, which was inconvenient, especially given the premium price I paid for expedited shipping.

Buyer Beware. I bought the basic unit from the company, and signed up for the monthly refill program. Right out of the box, the unit did not work. There were no return instructions on the website, so I emailed them. They replied and said they didn't do returns or exchanges, but congratulated me on making the wise decision to purchase the "order Protection" and would have to file a claim. Basically, they want me to jump through 10 hoop and stand on my head to get them to do the right thing. I'm sure they're hoping i won't go through all the hassle... Then, they filled my monthly refill three weeks early. So now i have two months worth of oil and nothing to use them in.

How the *** do you order from this place

I tried many times to order the mini starter kit, but every time my order summary shows just my choice of fragrance (which you have to subscribe to). But yet, I deleted all the choiceswhile I was ordering except for the mini starter kit. I did pick one fragrance also because it IS a kit. When I saw my order summary the kit was not even listed!!! This happened 3 times. Please let me know if Im just stupid!!!
